To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following institutional guidelines. Security and hospitality teams will be available on campus to assist you.
Dress Code
Formal or smart casual attire is highly recommended for all attendees.
Registration Required
All attending parents and students must complete the online registration prior to the deadline.
Bring Your ID
Students must bring their university ID card. Parents should carry a valid photo ID for security verification.
Reporting Time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the opening ceremony to ensure smooth seating.
Parking
Designated parking is available for registered vehicles. Follow the campus security guidelines upon arrival.
